I can't wait to come back in fall to stay here again! Super cute, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Favorite features: washer/dryer/laundry pods, the beach cart and chairs, outdoor shower, comfy beds and dehumidifier/fans/AC to keep the house fresh.

This townhouse had a lot of character and was very comfortable. It was very conveniently located from downtown and the beach. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay at this location again.

We absolutely loved this rental! We visited Folly Beach a month after welcoming our baby girl, along with my husband and dog. Traveling with a baby and/or dog could have been stressful but rather it was the perfect getaway that we needed. Ryan’s place came stocked with everything we needed (kitchen supplies, laundry and dishwasher tabs, chairs for the beach, etc). It’s a smaller rental, decorated in a modern industrial feel, but they’ve made good use of the space and would be great for a couple, small family, or group of 5 or less people. My husband worked remotely part of the time we were there, and the wifi worked well for that. The fenced in backyard was so nice for us to be able to enjoy the outdoors while letting our dog run around freely. Just a block from the main strip, we walked for coffee each morning. It was also just a few blocks from the beach which was great! Many restaurants nearby that we enjoyed via takeout or outdoor seating. There’s also a little convenience store within walking distance. Overall, this place was perfect for our stay, and we definitely hope to return in the future!

Over the moon with this stay! Drove from Tennessee to have a last-minute Folly trip and we were blown away by this place! The interior design is beautiful, and it is very dog friendly with the fenced-in yard. The hot outdoor shower is a major plus! Highly recommend. I hope to stay here again!

This apartment was lovely and comfortable for our beach stay. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The shower was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have laundry, good A/C and a patio. Even in the small space, the upstairs/downstairs made it feel like you could get some privacy. Lovely, and will definitely return.

Cute and nice place. Appointed with everything you need. If you need two bedrooms this easily does the trick. Easy location to get to from main road which also means an easy walk to everything. I stayed there with my adult son and we loved it.

We had a amazing stay at 114A Huron St. The condo was expertly decorated in modern Industrial/Chic. It had a ton of character and wasn't full of cheap box store décor. The backyard felt like a mini oasis. My full grown Doberman was on her first ever vacation (12 months old) and she as we had a blast. We will 100% come back.

My husband and I spent a week here with our golden doodle, Ruby, and it was the perfect place for us. We loved the cool, industrial décor, and everything was very clean and worked properly. We especially loved the private, gated backyard, which is perfect for a dog or a kid. We also loved the outdoor shower. Easily the best thing about this townhome, though, is its location. It is an easy walk to the beach and an even easier walk to town and Bert’s. We barely got in our car the whole week. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

As described-- Easy 10 min walk to beach -- Convenience store, bars and restaurants all with in 5 minute walk Townhouse is very clean with all the basics for a beach stay including a parking space or two. Kitchen is fully equipped and it would be easy to get groceries and cook like you are home. It is as advertised. Will stay again on our next trip

A great location with easy walking to the night life and town pier, and only minutes drive to the beautiful beaches on either end. The unit was clean and the back yard was a sweet place to hang out between adventures. All the various fans were too noisy for these silence-accustomed, country bumpkins making it difficult to sleep, but most folks might not even notice. And while the kitchen is well-appointed with cookware and utensils, you will need to bring/buy all of your own condiments and spices if you plan to do any cooking. We do hope to return one day!

We stayed here in May 2023 and it was perfect! Very clean and everything as stated. With fenced in lawn, it is great for a pet. Easy walk to all the best places to eat.

This is one of the best places I can stay with my 2 dogs. It's fenced in, has a huge hedge and right in the middle of everything. I love this place.

Ice location, not too far from the beach, and very close to shops and restaurants! We rented bikes which made getting around a breeze. Great backyard with amazing outdoor shower! The house was very comfortable, even though it’s a duplex it’s still very private, you cannot hear your neighbors through the walls at all. Nice place!

Our family of 4 + dog made a last-minute trip to Folly Beach and we loved this rental. It was impeccably clean, convenient location, and had everything we needed for cooking almost all meals. The outdoor space was our favorite! Would definitely rent again!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter at College of Charleston. The location is amazing. We walked to breakfast both mornings. The backyard is quaint and was perfect for our dogs.

Very true to the description. Was clean, well stocked and the location is great. Communication ahead of the stay was great and made check in easy. We cooked most dinners and didn’t lack for any kitchen needs. Only complaint is that we had to leave!

Perfect location and house. It was our first time going to Folly beach and we had a blast. We have 3 small kids and a dog, and it was the perfect set up. This little community is a gem. We had everything we needed at this lovely place. It was very clean and comfortable, and in a wonderful location. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We absolutely plan to come back.

Great stay.

The place was perfect for 4 people even though there was only 2 of us, and in a great location, you could walk to everything, we didn't need a car. We took our dog who enjoyed the fenced in backyard, walking to the beach and all of the other attractions on Folly. There were more than enough towels, and everything was very clean. We will be back!!

What a wonderful location! We walked with our dog every day a couple blocks down to Folly Beach. (She also greatly enjoyed the private, fenced in backyard.) We were visiting during off season, so it was very peaceful. I could imagine this being a great spot in the summer, it’s walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants.

This is a great find for a getaway for a small family. Incredibly easy walking access to the beach, as well as to many bars, places to eat, small shops, and a gas station right at the corner. Even though it is so accessible to everything it still manages to feel so private in the backyard that has a grill, seating, and an outdoor shower to get off all that sand. Also it is CLEAN! Love this area so much so it is nice to find a place we would love to stay any time we return.

House had everything we needed. Chairs and cart for the beach, which was a short (7 min walk) and kitchen was loaded with anything you could need. Best feature had to be the outdoor shower. 100% would stay there again.

This was our second time at this rental, because this place has everything! A fenced yard for our pups with a hose and outdoor shower, plenty of room for our family of 3 and close to the beach and restaurants. The rental company is on top of the entire experience. Totally recommend it!

A lovely home with a super convenient location.

Great location on Folly Beach. It was the perfect getaway and we enjoyed being able to bring our dog on vacation with us. The yard + outdoor shower were perks that we enjoyed more than we realized we would. In addition there’s two umbrellas that provide shade for lounging. Only thing missing is a gas grill but the property does come with a charcoal grill. Would definitely consider returning back to in future.

Backyard is an awesome private spot for dogs to enjoy!! Short walk to the beach and you can hear the live music from the outdoor couch!

This is a great place to stay for a beach get away. Everything is in walking distance. The place fit our group of 6 and it didn’t feel too crowded. The outdoor shower and patio were useful. Highly recommend staying here.

My daughter and I had a quick stay in Folly Beach after packing her up from her first year at C OF C to bring her back to Indiana. We stayed here because we could bring our puppy. Everything was just as pictured. Great location, very clean and the perfect backyard to hang out in. I hope we can do it again next semester!

We highly recommend this little gem of a house located within a minutes walk of Folly Beach. It is small, but very clean! And perfect for 4-6 people! They went out of their way to be sure we had everything we would need for our stay. Exactly what we were looking for.

This location was perfect for all of our needs. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and bars, etc. The property was very well maintained and perfect for our dog.

Top notch rental support from start to finish. The house is tastefully put together. Whenever I needed something, it can be found within seconds. The backyard is nice and quiet, yet the house is a short walk to restaurants and shops. Looking forward to returning. 

Great location in the middle of Folly Island. One block to center Street and right between the ocean and them Folly River. We walked everywhere. 15 minutes to get to Charleston. You do not need to leave the island or use your car if you don't want to. Great pet family location as well as pet friendly island. Dogs are welcome at almost every restaurant.

This is a cleverly designed space in a fantastic location. Loved that it was close to Center Street and the bridge as well as the beach. Saw a dolphin from the recreational pier on the next block! The space was smaller than I expected based on photos, but it worked out perfectly. The bed and pillows were perfect.

Great fenced backyard/garden with charcoal grill. Really good use of space for cooking/eating as well as sleeping. The single bathroom was fine for a few days, though with more than two adults it would get cramped over time. Beds were comfy, and bedrooms had more than enough storage space. Retrofitted lighting for this older building was stylish and more than adequate. The location was perfect for biking around the island and walking the downtown area. Also close to Bert's, which is essential if you plan to eat/drink. We didn't bring any of our dogs, but the yard would be great for a smaller to small/medium sized dog. The staff was very responsive to any issues/questions we had before or during our stay, which is very important!

This is our second time staying in the property and we absolutely love this unit. It has a great fenced in yard for our dogs to be outside and it is within walking distance to everything we want to do. We will book this unit again!

It’s all you need! Linens were fresh, the place was spotless & well kept up. We were there over a year ago & couldn’t notice wear. Thanks again, this will continue to be our go to spot on Folly! We stayed for two nights to enjoy the beach and Charleston area. This place was in a perfect location to walk everywhere in Folly Beach. It is kind of an understated place, but has everything you need and is extremely quiet. We really enjoyed it.

We had a great time in the rental, and especially loved it’s easy access to both the beach and restaurants/bars in town. Having the beach wagon and chairs was a huge plus to help with transport of items to the beach. They really made the most of the space they have and it felt comfortable with plenty of space for us to hang out when not outside. Back yard and outdoor shower were also a huge plus! Would stay again!

Highly recommend! The home is so cozy, has absolutely everything you could possibly need & the furniture (especially the master bed) is so comfortable. It was the perfect size for us and our dog. The yard and outdoor shower were a major bonus & the beach cart was so helpful since we didn’t rent a golf cart for the short walk. We will absolutely be back!

We LOVED this place. It was very clean and so close to the beach and restaurants. We loved the back yard! We put a small pool up for our toddler to play in when we weren’t at the beach and he loved it. We will definitely stay here again!!

This was our first vacation since we had our little guy, and our first vacation in over 2 years. He was extremely comfortable, and so were we in the house. It was perfect for our little family, and the place was very clean/well kept. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

This property is about as convenient as can be to Folly Beach and the small town. A very short walk to either. Look closely at the pictures. Both floors are concrete walls and floors with painted insulation ceilings and restaurant type fixtures. However, everything worked as expected and cleanliness trumped the industrial feel of the property and we had a great time.

Loved our stay at Folly Beach. The townhome was so clean and perfectly stocked with everything we needed and nice touches like lots of storage and hooks to hang things in every room. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was very nice and the shower was awesome. My girls and I enjoyed Spring Break even though it was cold and rainy, we are already planning a trip back to the same place this summer. 5 star! Well done. It felt like home. We were sad to leave. Next time we will bring our pup to play in the beautiful backyard.

Folly Beach is quickly becoming one of our favorite destinations! This property was very clean, location was great, and fenced in yard for the pup couldn't be beat. We would definitely rent again as soon as we can figure out when to return!

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment very close to Center Street. Very clean and loved the back yard; great place for our little Yorkiepoo. The only suggestion I have is more light at door to see to get in and more lights in back yard to be able to see to grill.

After a week with in laws at our house my husband and I needed a short get away to relax. We have stayed at Folly many times and love the beach, restaurants and walking distance to everything we enjoy. This house is perfect. Very clean, all the necessities we needed, private fenced in backyard for our dogs and us. We loved it and will look for this place on our next stay! One block off the main road and close to everything! We loved everything about it!

114 E. Huron is the place to stay in Folly Beach. Easy walk to the water, fantastic decor, cool house, and the nicest backyard. We so enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying our happy hour. Ekornes stress-less chair helped to make it even more relaxing. Super clean and everything you need is there, including the wine opener. Definitely will be coming back. Great place Ryan and Renae!!!

This is a great location for visiting Charleston and the beach. Charleston is an easy 20 minute drive away and the beach only a couple of blocks. Good, casual restaurants are also a short walk away in Folly Beach. The fenced in backyard was great to sit outside and let the dog sit with us.

We absolutely adored this condo. Clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Close to everything and all the favorite restaurants. I like that it's off the main street. There was no noise at night to keep us awake! We will be back!

This place was a cool mix of industrial feel with a chic feel to it. I loved the simplicity of everything and how it had a great flowing style to it. It was the perfect for its size. The location was great, too! Everything we needed was walking distance! I hope to stay here again on my next trip!!

Everything about this property was wonderful and cool. I liked the upscale, eclectic, minimalist, reclaimed vibe of the property. It was outfitted with quality from the sheets to the pots. My sister and i really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back.

What great place. Short walk 3-4 block walk from the beach. 2 blocks from the long fishing pier. Not even a block to shopping and restaurants. So well decorated. Backyard is a small oasis, manicured. Lovely patio. Great outdoor shower and hose. Parking is two steps from the back door. Just one thing...bring your own beach chairs. They provide a cart to bring your belongings to the beach but it is very old.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The amenities, landscaped backyard and outdoor shower were terrific! This home away from home was located close enough to walk to the beach and local restaurants/shops. Just perfect! Our two dogs loved it as well. We plan to be back!!!

This is the perfect little condo close to everything. Ideal for a small family. Walking distance to beach, food, and store! This was our second stay and we plan to come back again!

Clean space, great restaurants nearby (within a 5-10 minute walk), equipped with beach equipment!

We needed a brief beach get away and this place was perfect. Its not on the beach, but about three blocks away. It is within short walking distance of good restaurants and shops Off street parking was good. The back patio is great and it has a very nice outside shower. This duplex is clean and has everything you need for the beach. The beds were great and spacious. The living area was a little small and it has only one bathroom, but you are there for the beach. We have two grown teenagers and it was manageable. It would be great for young couples or a young Family. Only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Overall it was perfect for our getaway.

Our second visit to 114 E Huron. Perfect location! Our family loved it and we can’t wait to come back.

We loved it! The house was perfect walking distance to the beach and Folly Beach's main street with its park, restaurants, shops, and the pier. The weather was perfect beach weather- hot!!!- and the unit/apartment was cool and comfortable. The outdoor shower was fantastic. All totaled, I give it an A++!

Loved Folly Beach and this property location was within walking distance of beach and restaurant. No need to drive after arrival. Outside shower was perfect addition to compliment single bathroom.

So close to the beach and the main strip of Folly! We parked our car and didn’t move it again until we left. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance and the public access beach path is literally steps away from the gate. The house was very clean and comfortable. They provided beach items as well! The outdoor shower was a great addition. Would definitely recommend to others and would book again!

Wonderful place for family, including dogs. We spent 4 nights here and never had to drive anywhere. Center street is right there and so is the public beach access path. We loved the location and vibe. Very dog friendly townhouse. Backyard was a great convenience for dogs and kids. The bedrooms were well thought out regarding space and organization. Beds were comfortable. No complaints. Look forward to another stay.

We had a blast on this last minute spring break trip. The house was the perfect size for my family of 4. Great location: we rented a golf cart for the week, but didn’t need it due to how walk-able the island was. We used it just for fun! Plenty of towels, the bathroom was clean and just the right size. We hope to stay again, next time with family in both apartments!

Great place to stay for a visit to the beach! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. There is a nice walking trail to the beach right from the rental. Very easy to walk to restaurants too!

This place was amazing! Perfect size, super clean, just a few blocks off the beach. Great fenced area that was also super clean and well manicured - and an outdoor shower (didn’t get to try it)! I loved the industrial style and barn doors on the bathroom. Great shower head - pressure and heat. There is a nice size washer and dryer provided and the WiFi was strong. Fun artwork and linens and a super comfy king size bed. I will definitely stay here again! I imagine it may get overlooked because it is a split home with a rental on the other side but it is perfectly private. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach and the restaurants of Folly.

We absolutely loved this property! It was exactly as pictured, very clean and nicely furnished/updated. It is always a pleasure to stay in a well maintained house that is also pet-friendly. Location was a perfect home-away-from-home for our Charleston visit. The city is small so its easy to drive everywhere, and when in Folly - you can walk everywhere from this house. The house itself is perfect for couples or small families and was spotless. Clean linens all included and a very clean and functional kitchen. Possibly one of the nicest VRBO properties we have rented - highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for us to stay at on our wedding week! Got married 10/27/18 on Johns island. House was great for the dog, small backyard for her to play in and sit out back with us. House is in a perfect spot walking distance to beach, Bert’s, and center street!!

This adorable industrial chic condo was perfect for our little family of four + two pups during a weekend getaway. Everything was taken care of from the linens to a beach cart--and its just a quick walk to the beach! We hope to stay here again soon!

We came to Charleston for the weekend to attend a sporting event. We decided to spend our time at the beach and this two bdrm beach cottage (“surf shack”) was great!! We are a family of 5 with 3 boys (ages 9,9, & 11). The 3 boys took the king bdrm and we took the smaller bdrm. It’s close enough to easily walk to everything but far enough to be in a quiet location. A very clean, well kept property. We will definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 4 and had an amazing stay here. Just a few blocks from the beach and center of town, the location is incredibly convenient. Place was clean, fenced in yard for the dog and such a great place to relax and grill. The outdoor shower was amazing and so great after coming back from the beach. Give this place my highest recommendation.

First time on Folly so didn't know exactly what to expect. The family absolutely loved it! as there is only one decent hotel option, I looked into what Air BNB had available...found Ryan's place and it was perfect! Super quaint, clean, quiet and perfect location. Ryan was great with all communications and we had zero issues. Highly recommend.

The host was very accommodating and the space was awesome. Very close to Center street and a great back yard for hanging outdoors.

Loved this beach house! It's not huge, but the space is so well utilized that it felt like the perfect size. The back yard was exactly what we needed for our 2 dogs. We loved the outdoor shower and the grill! Everything we needed was there and SO close to the main strip! The bike ride or walk to the beach was short and much enjoyed! 10/10 would stay again!

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed in Folly, last year we visited on Memorial Day weekend....this year we came 1 week early and stayed on the other side of the wall. It was equally as clean and accommodating as the year prior. No doubt in my mind we will be back again next year. It’s super convenient to the beach and the bars/restaurants. I’d live there full time if I could!

Ryan, your description of the property was spot on. We were not sure what we should clean before we left, but we did what we could -hope that was OK. Great property we would recommend it and hope to stay there again.

The perfect place to enjoy Folly Beach and all it has to offer! My husband, mother-in-law, and I stayed with my toddler and large dog - it was exactly what we needed. Such a beautiful and thoughtfully designed space. We will definitely be back!

Went to the area with my wife and a three year old and one year old....walking distance to everything, could sit outside at night and hear the music but nothing loud enough inside to disturb anyone...house was clean, everything you'd need was here. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very clean and equipped with all your needs for a short stay. The outside area was nice too. It is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had several questions about the area and the communication was fantastic.

We had such a wonderful time and I was so impressed with how they went above and beyond with their responses, their help and how friendly they were! We had a great time, super short walk to the beach, and to Bert’s Market (our favorite little grocery store!) my husband left his laptop there and Lauren, our contact, was fabulous and made sure we got it back asap!! Thank you so much! We hope to stay there again later this year!! Great yard, cool atmosphere and I loved the shower and water pressure!
