This three-story home is perfect in every way. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. Amazing bathrooms. Private bedrooms. Well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable living room and sofa. Wonderful and safe completely enclosed yard. Lovely outdoor decks. Great parking. Our family of five and two dogs were so very happy here for 9 days.

Amazing stay if you’re working from home or vacationing. Everything is very accessible to the house and it is such a peaceful area. Great backyard for the dogs and very comfortable beds. I want to come back as soon as possible.

What a fantastic spot on Folly Beach as you can walk anywhere you want to go in mere minutes. It is just 2 blocks from the beach and about 3-4 from town. We also took our 2 dogs with us and having the fenced yard was a real treat. We walked everywhere and took our pups. What a dog friendly spot. We loved it. The hospitality and communication with Ryan and his team was second to none. We will definitely be repeat visitors to this spot.

The home was perfect to fit our needs and allowed each family member their own space, bathroom, and televisions when needed and good space for all of us to gather for meals and games. Being only two blocks from the beach and walking distance to Center Street made the home ideal. Check in was easy and the house was well stocked. We loved our stay and recommend it highly for any family seeking a Folly Beach Vacation.

I now understand why Ryan is as highly reviewed as he is. The property is immaculate, the location is outstanding but the communication between him and the client is great. If there were any questions, he or his representatives were there immediately. Couldn’t ask for more, couldn’t want for more. If I could rent it again tomorrow I would. Staying at a place like that was such a great break from our everyday. And PS- I have it on good authority that the dogs loved it too. Thank you again for running such a great place.

My husband and our 2 adult children stayed here for a few days post Christmas. We love Folly and go as often as we can. This house was perfect for our stay! It was just as described on the website. Very clean with a funky vibe and fun artwork throughout the home. We loved that the yard is fenced in so a great place for our dog.Only 3 blocks from Center St. but so quiet-spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and bath. 5-15 minutes to everything Folly-the beach, Berts, and numerous restaurants. Park your car and walk.Easy check in and out and the owner very friendly and responsive (within minutes) to a small issue on arrival. We highly recommend this home and look forward to another visit!

My family had a wonderful stay in Folly Beach at the home on 305 East Erie. The house was beautiful! The fenced in back yard was perfect for our Yorkie! The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and comfortable. The showers were fantastic, including the outdoor shower! My Grandmother owned a house on Arctic for decades, and my stay at Folly brought back many wonderful memories! I highly recommend the house to anyone looking to schedule a fun family vacation on Folly Beach!

Just a great place and a great location in Folly. Super clean, well appointed, modern set up. Good Wi-Fi as well, also love that it has cable, so TV is no stress, wish more places did that! Great yard and dog friendly, outdoor shower great for cleaning your dog after a walk on the beach. Beds are great and bathrooms are modern. Fun decor as well, which adds to the experience. All of their homes are similar and well designed. We have rented several of their homes and they are all fantastic. HIGHLY recommend this and any of their properties. We'll be back!

We stayed in November and enjoyed our stay because it is easy to walk to shops, restaurants and to the beach. The backyard is gated so perfect for pets. The house was clean and bath towels and linens provided.

Great 5 night stay with plenty of room. Loved the location, within walking distance of Center St. and close to the beach. Fabulous outdoor areas, sufficient parking, and bedrooms were very comfortable. Great bathrooms also. Like having the necessities upon arrival. Plenty of beach chairs for all, although I don't think that info was shared. Would definitely stay again!

We were so pleased with our trip. We were optimistic about the house from the reviews, but it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, loved the art, comfy beds, nice linens, great shower heads and hot water, plenty of room, good Wi-Fi, good layout and flow generally, fantastic yard for the dog. Everyone could find their own space while also having good group spaces. While at the house, we spent most time on the porch playing games, etc. Easy walk to the beach, which was also great - no complaints from even the goldilocks-prone teens/tweens (e.g., no complaints about it being too hot, too rocky, too sea weedy, too buggy, too crowded, too jelly-fishy etc.). Enjoyed access to the beach chairs and cart. Also easy walk to the main drag. My kids think Bert's Market is the coolest place ever and went multiple times a day for treats/snacks. We will return!

305 Erie was just perfect for our stay. Loved the eclectic vibe of the home. More importantly the house was very clean, furniture was in great shape, beds were comfortable, linens, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Plenty of newer looking towels were provided in all 4 bathrooms. The large bathrooms were beautifully redone and provided amenities. I think I saw hairdryers but I had brought my own. The house albeit 3 stories, I considered the multiple trips upstairs to my “step-count” as that was my bedroom of choice. The 3rd floor bedroom also has a walkout patio perfect for reading or early morning coffee. The house has a bright open floor plan and we were all able to be together comfortably on the main level and often found ourselves sitting outside on the patio. The short 5 minute walk to the beach was just perfect. We spent a lot of time there at Folly Beach , shopping, eating, exploring and taking in the view. This house will bring you joy, a great deal of memories and likely a place you will want to return to the following year. I’m seriously trying to come up with something I’d recommend they should do. I don’t recall but was there a grill outside ? Maybe that would be nice if you wanted to grill burgers. Anyway, you should be able to tell it was just a fantastic getaway for my 60th birthday (not so thrilled about that) but it was a treat to celebrate and bring my favorite people to this wonderful home and area! Thank you so much!

Highlights: Outdoor shower, Cool AC, top floor suite, quiet, easy parking and short walk to beach and restaurants on Center St. House was very clean when we arrived and our requests for supplies was answered in a timely manner. Highly recommend for a group of 8. Look forward to renting again.

Fantastic property, convenient location for restaurants and access to anywhere. Unit has everything you could need including outside chairs and umbrellas. Property was very quiet inside, even with outside music and people walking. We really enjoyed the porch, we could listen to the outside music too! We would definitely stay again

Once again Folly Vacation knocked it our of the park! The home was perfect! We stayed for three nights with our daughter and son in law and their 5 children. We stayed in the top level giving them the second level. Everything was perfect! We had all the supplies we needed. The home is very clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

We visited with five adults and two children aged 2 and 5 also with our four-legged granddog. The rooms were cozy well decorated and very clean. The bonus was the fenced in yard, perfect for our pup and kids. Lots of baseball, discovery and "peace of mind" for the grownups. Trips to the beach were an easy 4 block walk with chairs and wagon provided. Walking for ice cream and shopping only 3 blocks away. The outdoor shower was a hit! The upstairs bedrooms allowed the early birds access to the ground floor and kitchen while others slept in. Thanks so much for a great vacation!

This house is very nice with plenty of space for guests to hang out. The yard was perfect for our dog to play and lay around. The house is a short walk to the beach and Center Street to eat and bar hop. We will definitely keep this house on our watch list for future trips.

We have stayed at several different houses at Folly and this is by far our favorite. It is clean and comfortable with an easy walk to the beach. Everything is as described. It is a clean and comfortable stay. The management was easily reached with any and all concerns. We will definitely stay again if given the opportunity. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 305 E. Erie in Folly Beach. The owners did an excellent renovation of an old house, which is clean and nicely decorated. The management company was very communicative and responsive, and provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location is great (a walkable few blocks from both beach and restaurants) and the house itself is even nicer than the online photos suggest. We would certainly stay here again!

I was SO glad we booked our weekend away here! The house is situated on a quiet, but beautiful road, walking distance to the beach, bars and corner store! Even in the oppressive summer heat, our house stayed cool! The amenities were beyond what we were expecting with spacious bathrooms for our guests to get ready for a night out! There is plenty of space for groups to congregate including indoor and outdoor patios/porches. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend with family and friends! As a heads up, Folly does not have a large Uber or Lyft presence if you're planning on using group sharing to commute, but everything is within walking distance if you have the time and ability.

Great place, plenty of room, easy walk to town and beach. The home is an architectural wonder, newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Air conditioner and dehumidifier keep things comfortable in summer. Make golf cart reservations before arrival to ensure availability. Fishing pier is closed for a year so be aware of that. Good tacos at Taco Boy and fine dining overlooking Atlantic at Blu. Short drive to the 400 year old Angel Oak. Broad beach with fine sand, some shells. All in all, a fine place to chill.

This group always has the best houses! They are always clean and well maintained. They are stocked with all the necessities (something other houses usually don’t have). They make you feel very welcome! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. My dogs loved the fenced yard (that was also maintained). It was a short walk to the beach, downtown and Bert’s. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was great and so close to beach. Make sure if you want to grill bring charcoal. Also the house has approximately 4 beach chairs and a heavy duty beach cart to wheel items to and from. The rooms are nice and the house has very good circulation if you like lots of wind. (Fans blowing everywhere) had a blast and would recommend for others to use.

We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful and one block away from the beach! Cant wait to go back. HH

Our family (me, my wife, and 3 kids under the age of 6) stayed in this house for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. It was our first time visiting Folly Beach and the location of the home was perfect. It was very quiet and yet only a short walk to restaurants and Bert's market. The home was incredibly clean and well-stocked; we take a fair amount of trips and this home was probably one of the cleanest and best-stocked we have stayed in. The owners and cleaning staff make a lot of effort.

Such a cool, funky, spacious house! We absolutely loved it! We only had 6 people but we could have EASILY fit 4 more, but probably even more than that. We were all able to shower after the beach, practically at the same time because there are so many bathrooms. 4 baths and also a private outdoor shower (which is a must!). Each bathroom was supplied with lots of towels and had soap on every counter. The showers even had little shampoos and body wash. It has a ton of cool artwork throughout the house. I noticed new things every time I walked around! You may find a rhino made of book pages, a bust made of beads, intertwined monkeys on the banister... (so many cool unexpected things!) There are wall mounted fans all over the house, which we loved! No need to bring your own fan for white noise. It has a fenced in yard and cozy seats outside. Parking was fantastic. It is an easy 5 minute walk to town. The beach is only about 2-3 blocks away. There are public beach access walkways all over. The town has golf carts available to rent if that is something you need. We highly recommend this house!

This house was perfect for 2 families and 2 dogs. The fenced in yard was great to let the dogs run while we sat on the deck. Walking distance to all restaurants but still quiet. Would love to return!

Ryan’s place was absolutely incredible. I really could not imagine a better set-up. The rooms were are amazing, with big comfortable beds and lots of space to organize your things. The balcony off the top room was a particular pleasure for just sitting out and reading on a sunny day. There were enough bathrooms that everyone got their own with a bathroom to spare. The backyard was incredible for my two dogs who really just thought they were in heaven, and the location was easy walking distance from everything you might need (beach, market, restaurants, etc). Feel very lucky that we got to stay here.

The home was absolutely perfect for our 3 generation getaway. Cozy and comfortable but room for everyone to spread out. The home is clean and fresh with fun artwork and quirky touches every direction you look. We loved our time and wish we would have booked for a few extra days! The master bedroom with its private balcony is amazing. All the amenities and touches that make it feel like home but better! The fenced in yard is the cherry on top for those vacationing with pets. This house was a perfect retreat for us and our friends! Full size beds to fit three couples comfortably! We love the amount of fans and air circulation through the house! Perfect location to the beach and to downtown Folly beach. The outdoor shower, however, definitely was the favorite amongst our group! It was also perfect for having our two pets with us with a fenced in yard! We had an amazing stay!!!

What a great house. 4 bathrooms was a hit with our group. Lots of light and great airflow, the house was never hot. Everything inside was modernized for all of our needs. Extra linens. Extra chairs and carts for the beach. Outside shower house with hot and cold water was amazing. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The management company communicates very well, and the house was exactly as described. The location was ideal, with just a short walk to the beach and to downtown Folly. The home was equipped with everything you need from plenty of clean towels, to a stocked kitchen. We even had plenty of hand soap! The outside porch is delightful, and the backyard is gorgeous. It comfortably slept our group, and we felt safe and secure.

My daughters and I needed a place to stay with our own space to just get away, recharge and self isolate for the week. We loved our stay. The house itself was extremely comfortable and we loved all 3 floors. The walk to the beach was short and we had almost the entire beach to ourselves. The kids loved the outside shower. Since we could not venture out I would suggest more games, bikes and a hammock would be great additions to this property. We would have loved to use the grill but did not realize it was charcoal and did not come prepared. The kitchen was stocked nicely. However, in my haste of packing I forgot salt, sugar and cooking oil. Having those things available as back-up would have been great. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan on returning to Folly Beach in the near future.

This property has lots of great space split between 3 floors. A bathroom on each floor gives plenty of privacy. The deck on the top floor master is beautiful. Wonderful large fenced in yard with outdoor shower. Super short safe walk to the beach. 5 stars!

My family of 5, including a golden retriever, spent Xmas at the house. We spent 3 nights, and the house was spacious, homey, and inviting. We cooked Xmas brunch and dinner, grilled, baked, but also made the easy trip downtown for Xmas Eve. The house is thoughtfully outfitted with all a traveler may need. Rustic, Folly touches throughout, but all of the modern amenities you desire. I was 100% happy, and am already looking forward to my next visit.

This is our second stay at Folly Beach . They really go all out when they redo a house. The best part for us is that we can bring our fur babies. Nice fenced yards. Nice people to work with! We will be back.

This house is fantastic. The location puts you close to the water and within walking distance from downtown Folly. The store isn’t too far either. Lovely home & yard! Convenient location to Beach & downtown restaurants/shopping. Also enjoyed the proximity to Charleston for dinners, shopping & sightseeing. Only problem was our time there was too short!

Everything about our stay in Folly and at this property was amazing! The house was just as described, clean, spacious and perfect for our girls weekend. The property manager was very quick to respond to all our questions prior to arrival and ensured we had a great trip.

Ryan’s house was the perfect place for my family to stay when we were in town for a wedding. We all loved that there were enough bathrooms that everyone basically had their own so there was no sharing (even for those sleeping on the sleep side downstairs). The outdoor area was great for spending time outside and relaxing and the location couldn’t be beat with beach access right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place to stay!

This place was awesome and much better than I expected! You can walk everywhere, and beach chairs are provided. We would walk to the beach during the day, then hang out at the house before walking to town for dinner/drinks. Most of the home has been renovated and they did a great job! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This house was such a great house! We loved the layout and the location was perfect!!! Walking distance from all the bars, beach, and local grocery store. We had the best weekend ever!

What a wonderful location and lovely house! The house was just as it is shown in the pictures. It is well-equipped and also very clean. The yard is beautifully landscaped and fenced. The landscaping lighting is a special touch. Since one of our children is starting Charleston Southern this fall, we plan to be back as often as possible.

Loved our stay! Everything was sparkling clean, colorfully and tastefully decorated, plenty of linens, comfy beds, and the seating area was great for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The house was a short walk to the beach, Bert’s groceries and about 10-15 min walk to restaurants/bars. Loved having a washer and dryer as well, as traveling to the beach with little kiddos proves you need to do a couple of loads of laundry! One of my favorite parts of the house was the outdoor space, seating and beautiful landscaping. We would definitely return!

The house was very comfortable for 8 people - very clean, with a large living area and yard. We had a great time, and the beach was a short 5 minute walk away. The central air in the house is also saved us during a heat wave weekend. Would definitely recommend!

This adorable house had everything we could have wanted for an easy and fun family trip to Folly Beach! The outdoor shower was a favorite of everyone in our group and the beach cart made for quick and easy trips to the beach.

My wife and I traveled to Folly Beach with our four children, as well as my parents. This house was exactly what we needed. Each couple had a queen bed and private bathroom. Our kids had a separate bathroom for themselves. All of the shopping and restaurants were about a 10 minute walk (with a 6-year old in tow). The beach was literally 2 blocks away.. Early morning coffee and night time ice cream on the front patio made it even better. This was absolutely everything we needed.

Great location, quick beach access, great place to stay!

We loved staying in this property. First impression was the great location, a bit away from the shopping center but still a short walk to enjoy it. Then the house itself is so beautifully decorated and clean, each room is very spacious. We found everything we needed and more... The pretty landscaped yard and outdoor shower is a great plus. The orientation of the porch allowed us to have breakfast and dinner outside, protecting us from the hard sun. Nothing to complain about. We will definitely try to rent this property again.

This home was beautiful and just a quick 5 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of rooms, a nice deck, and a nice lawn as well. The outdoor shower was an especially great feature! We had a great weekend.

We had a nice stay at 305 E. Erie Street. The place is very clean, well appointed with everything you'll need and is in a good location for access to the beach and the 'downtown' Folly Beach shopping area. Wonderful home for a family vacation!

This home was perfect for our girls weekend! Excellent location and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. They even had beach chairs and a beach cart for us to use, with an outdoor shower to rinse off after. We enjoyed the porch so much as our weather was perfect. Easy check in and check out. Definitely recommend staying here anytime you visit Folly Beach, and it was a short uber ride to downtown Charleston!

If you are looking at this listing now and it’s available book it! Honestly the photos do not give this place justice. It looks even more beautiful and spacious in person. It was spotless clean, lovely artwork and color scheme throughout and amazing little garden and patio outside. The location is walking distance to the beach so you don’t need to park there and there are beach chairs to use. The only thing I would say is if you are coming to folly beach in an Uber and don’t have a car, it will be around 10-12 min walk to the bars and shops but no walkway and since we had our 4 year old with us that wasn’t convenient so next time we would definitely come in a car.

305 E Erie was even nicer than expected! We feel so lucky to have stayed here. The whole place was immaculate and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and furnishings, and some great art. The location is A+, an easy and enjoyable walk to the beach and downtown restaurants and shops. This was a perfect beach rental for a fun multigenerational visit. The house is cozy and welcoming but still offered more than enough space for 5 people and 2 small dogs to spread out and relax. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us all!

We enjoyed our stay at this house in 305 E Erie Ave. We totally recommend it to others. Checking in and out were super easy to do. The house had everything we needed including dish soap, dishwasher pods, some laundry detergent pods, small shampoos and body wash in each bathroom, toilet paper and paper towels. It also has lots of bath towels and everything was very clean. I am very happy with our stay. Thanks a lot!!!

The house was clean, had updated bathrooms and bedrooms, and had plenty of space for our weekend getaway. The fenced in backyard was nice to have for our dog. I'd recommend this to any small group or family travelling to the Folly Beach area.

A great short getaway weekend. The house was so cozy and inviting. Very clean! The beds were so comfortable. Convenient to everything but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We were able to walk to the beach and coffee shop. We did not bring our dog but what a great backyard for those that need to. We would definitely come back and stay at this home. The owners were also upfront about the dishwasher not working and we really appreciated that!

We were looking for a spot where we would be close to the beach but also within a reasonable distance to Historic Charleston. We also wanted to bring our two dogs and let them have some fun. This cute little house was absolutely perfect. The house is eclectic but whoever renovated and designed this house did it thoughtfully and artfully. Not your typical beach house with the beach kitsch - lots of artful touches without being to precious. We loved the outdoor spaces and the yard. Our dogs LOVED it - lots of smells and plenty of room to run in the fenced yard. That said - the landscaping is beautifully done with lights on the palm trees. We were close enough to the beach that my husband could walk the dogs on the beach every morning. We spent 10 nights here with a short visit from our kids. Plenty of room to hang out together as well as get away from each other. We didn't cook much but we could have as there was plenty to work with and plenty of space. We loved this house and would definitely come back again.

This house was perfect for our mini-vacation. Walking distance to the beach and awesome Folly restaurants. The fenced in yard was convenient for the dogs. Many spaces for family to be together or separate. LOVE!

We spent 4 days in Folly Beach and the house was ABSOLUTELY perfect for our family. The location was ideal, as we were within walking distances to all the restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. We chose the house largely because of the fenced in yard, which allowed us to play outside with our pups. The landscaping is tasteful and well maintained. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated. We LOVED everything about the house, especially the comfortable beds and 4 full bathrooms. I highly recommend this location!!

We had an amazing stay at Ryan's place! Everything is just as described and pictured - and even a little better than we expected! The amenities and the use of the space in the house were well thought out and we were very impressed. All of the beds were super comfy! We had hot water all of the time even with multiple people taking showers at the same time. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The kitchen has everything you need and the refrigerator has filtered water so no need to bring tons of bottled water with you. The location is great, just a few blocks away from the beach and from restaurants and shops on Folly. The landscaping was beautiful as was the decor inside the house. It was a treat to see what was on the walls in each room. We can't wait to book this house again on our next trip to Folly!

We had a fantastic time at the 305 Erie rental. It's a great home to have a multi generational get together. The small attention to detail (ie the children's chairs and table) made our time together fun for all including our dogs. I would highly recommend any rental that this agency handles and if you have older great grandparents you could rent homes close to each other that don't have as many steps.

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday. We had 6 adults and the house is perfect! Perfect for hanging out, having a glass of wine and playing games! Very comfy beds, nice towels and sheets. We loved everything about it. We walked to the main street each day for dinner and/or lunch and to check out the local entertainment. It is a very easy walk but is still far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise. Walked to the beach which is a quick 2 blocks. It really is in a perfect location. We will definitely be back to enjoy this home again!

Rented this house for my family vacation. The house is very well maintained and the fenced in backyard is beautiful. It's description on line doesn't do it justice. It has all the amenities you could possible want, extremely clean and is very close to the beach. It's also pet friendly and that was so important to my family and I. If your thinking of renting a beach house on Foley Beach SC I would absolutely rent this house. Hope to be back soon to make more memories.

Although we had to cut our trip short due to weather, we really enjoyed our stay at this house! It's in a great, peaceful neighborhood but also conveniently located to both the beach as well as the restaurants and shops. The house is very clean and updated, and you can tell that it's well-maintained. Would love to stay again if we're ever back in the area!

So I don’t think you can get a better location. Walking distance to everything from the beach to all the restaurants, location unbeatable.... Not only that, but the house itself is a work of art. Whoever decorated this house took the time and picked out each piece with a story. Super cool. Everything worked wonderfully and our large family fit more than comfortably. Overall amazing experience and would definitely return!

Great stay at Folly! Stylish, clean space - 4 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower - great for a group. Check-in was a breeze, communication was thorough and the location was great: short walks to the beach and the town. Even the pull-out sofa was comfortable. Great shaded porch and a sunny one up top meant everyone had space to hang out. We're discussing a return trip already.

Lovely, clean home with lots of room and light. Has all the provisions you’d need. Few blocks to folly beach—and a nice outdoor shower at the home to wash off in—which is a beautiful, chill beach. Few blocks to the downtown area with typical beach stores and restaurants. Also lots of opportunities for activities within 2-3 miles, e.g. dolphin tours, kayaking, etc. Wonderful spot.

This house is in a great spot. Less than 10 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars, general store, gas station, etc. what else can you ask for? our group loved the house. nice, new and clean on the inside and outside. charcoal grill onsite. approx 6 parking spots.

The house was wonderful. The location, blocks to Folly Beach and all of the shops and restaurants, made it ideal for a weekend getaway with friends. The house came equip with beach chairs which was a fantastic touch as we had a large group in from out of town and we couldn't all bring our own. The house could easily accommodate all our group with plenty of space. We are certainly looking at a future trip!

This house is the perfect family vacation home. 4 bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space. The yard was great and fenced in. We could walk downtown, to Bert’s and to the beach. The home was also well appointed. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk easily to the beach AND to "downtown" Folly Beach for the shops/restaurants/bars. The outdoor area was very nice with a great yard, outdoor shower, and sitting area on the porch. The house was very clean and newly renovated. We will be using this house again if we come to Folly Beach in the future!

I would recommend this home to a variety of people/families. With the 2 spacious maser rooms and the full size bunk bed, I never felt crowded when I had friends stay with me. The upstairs suite was heaven, I was there in the beginning of the warm months and was able to sleep with the sliding glass door open and listen to the waves. I was fortunate to have stayed there with my dog for 6 weeks. I was a school teacher in downtown Charleston and wanted to spend my last 6 weeks on the beach relaxing with my dog before moving back to Colorado. In that time, I had friends that are married with kids visit, single girlfriends, and couples. It is close enough to downtown but far enough where you don't hear any of the late night partying. A few blocks from the beach made it easy for me and my dog walk every morning to watch the sunrise. Whenever there was an issue( which there weren't many except for normal new home growing pains) they were on it within that day. When I come back for holiday, I will be sure to always rent thru Folly Vacations.

What a lovely spacious home that was perfect for our vacation! The 3 bedroom and 4 bathrooms offered plenty of space of us and our friends. The first floor was an open living space with a comfy couch and kitchen area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals at the house. There is a full bathroom downstairs also. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The mattresses were super comfy and had beautiful quilts and linens on the beds. On the third floor was where the master suite was located-super spacious master bedroom with full bathroom upstairs! There was also a balcony deck attached to master bedroom that was perfect for lounging with a glass of wine at the end of the night! You could even hear the ocean! There was plenty of seating around the house for all of our friends to hang out without feeling crowded. The yard is huge and great for our pups that we brought along with us. The yard is fenced in and totally private. There is a good seating area outside with outdoor couches and a table so plenty of seating for entertaining outside! Not to mention the amazing outdoor shower which was perfect for washing off after the beach! This house is beautifully decorated with funky art pieces- the monkeys on the post on the stairs and the jeweled lady in the window were a huge hit with our group! The owners did a great job decorating and thinking of everything you would possibly need for your vacation. Few minute walk to the beach. Close enough to Center Street but far away enough from the late night partying! Would highly recommend this house and cannot wait to come back! Will definitely stay here again!
