Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Deluxe Studio room with a Deck is a studio room with a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa. The large spacious deck features views of the marsh. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly’s popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck, settle in with a drink and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sun setting over the Folly River at the “Edge of America”. This deluxe studio room is on the second floor.
This room is 400 sqft. with a 180 sqft. deck, for a total accommodation of 580 sqft.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is an extra guest fee of $35 plus tax for each additional guest, per night. The extra guest fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. If you will need access to the sleeper sofa please notify the hotel and access will be provided.

Stayed here for 4 nights in February 2024 along with my daughter for a quick trip to the Charleston area. I didn't know anything about the area but I'm so happy someone suggested Folly Beach and we found this gem of a hotel. Our flight arrived 7 hours late, after 1:30AM and the keyless access made getting into our room a breeze, even at that late hour (instructions were provided prior to arrival). The room was clean, spacious with everything we needed for our stay. This nice, modern boutique hotel is located on the main strip and is just a short walk to all the shops, beaches and the pier. The hotel is also a quick ride (20 or so minutes) to downtown Charleston and the historic areas. This will definitely be our go to hotel anytime we plan a future visit.

The location was great, everything was within walking distance, and the beach was less than 10 minutes away. My family enjoyed everything about the trip. They have a noise disclaimer, but we could only hear live music from the balcony, which was honestly relaxing; no noise while inside the room. We will definitely be back in the future.

We only stayed one night, but I really liked that we could walk to town for dinner and shopping. We enjoyed a great ocean breeze while walking around! Loved the room, very clean and modern. Would stay again!! Great place. Cool decorating! Loved that I could walk to the village. Thank you!

This is a wonderful place! Very clean and new. The listing mentioned traffic noise but we never were bothered by it. Even though it is just over the bridge when you come into town it is a short walk to the night life and the beach. The sunsets over the intercoastal are gorgeous!
Room 7 was great. Super clean and nice finishes. We really enjoyed our visit.
