Modern, spacious and close to the beach 3 bedroom dog-friendly home. Featuring three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms with a living area and full kitchen. The living room has a full size pull out sleeper sofa and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Two bedroom each have a King bed, and the third bedroom has a custom bunk bed with a with a single and queen size bed. Each bedroom has high end mattresses, upgraded linens, and flat screen TVs. The outdoor area is completely fenced and private with lush landscaping, a deck and sitting area, and private shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. When you’re ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
This home is conveniently near a beach access path and is a quick 2 minute walk to the beach, 6 blocks from the Folly Beach fishing pier, restaurants, bars and shopping on Center Street, and only a 15 minute drive from beautiful historic downtown Charleston. The home is 1,575 Sq.Ft.

Second time in this house, the location and privacy are amazing super close to the beach just 1 super short block!! The landscape and full fenced are great place for kids and puppies. This house have everything you can need the beds are super comfy, clean and well decorated At your arrival a chill Prosecco will we waiting for you at the fridge, great detail!! The soundproof windows are a plus!!

Have stayed in 6 or more of Folly Vacations Rentals and have loved every one. Very well designed and thought out. Our family may have enjoyed 620 East Ashley more than any other! The open floor plan, thoughtful design and private yard made it such an enjoyable stay. We loved being at the house as much as being on the beach!! Want to go again and again!

The place was beautifully decorated yet laid back. I loved the local art. The space worked perfectly for our family of 6. We were so close to the beach and I loved the privacy fence around the parking area. We had a great time and I would love to visit again.

My wife and I, along with our 2 pups Max & Winnie, had a fantastic stay at 620 East Ashley! The house was in a great location...steps to the beach and was very pet friendly as well...lots of outdoor space and fully fenced in. The home was also spectacular! It is very evident that the homeowner spent a lot of time and effort in remodeling their property....their attention to detail did not go unnoticed! From the immaculate interior finishes to the Brooklinen linens it was top notch from floor to ceiling! I highly recommend this property and we would not hesitate to rent this property again on our next visit to Folly Beach!
